The University of Wisconsin Endocrinology Fellowship Program is designed to provide you with world-class training for a successful career in academic endocrinology. Our experienced, dedicated faculty will prepare you to practice compassionate, evidence-based, and technically skillful endocrinology care. With the clinical expertise, research experience and teaching skills you will gain here in the UW Endocrinology Fellowship Program, you will be prepared to join the ranks of former graduates who are making important contributions to endocrinology across the nation.
Basic and clinical research opportunities are available within the Division of Endocrinology as well as through collaborations with world-class researchers across the University of Wisconsin. Our fellows receive the time and support needed to complete endocrinology research projects that lead to publications and national presentations.
We believe that fellows are both learners and teachers. Fellows play an active role in peer education within the endocrinology fellowship program, as well as in the education of rotating residents and students. Fellows also build their teaching portfolio by serving as preceptors for medical student small group case discussions.
