Scope, Cost and Timing

For trainings in ACGME-accredited programs completed in 2002 or later, visit the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) website. Note that GME training records will be listed as “UW Health Graduate Medical Education (University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics).”  For trainings completed before 2002, contact the residency or fellowship training program (listed below).

We are able to verify training for graduates of the University of Wisconsin Department of Medicine's internal medicine residency and fellowships only. 

There is no fee for verification.

Requests take 8 to 10 business days.

Residency Training Verification

To request a verification for a residency program other than internal medicine, contact that program directly. List of all UW Health ACGME-accredited training programs.

Fellowship Training Verification

Contact the program manager of the specific fellowship. Each fellowship is a separate entity.
