Boderman

Bri Boderman, MD

Medical school: Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University – New York

Residency: University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics

Professional interests: Dermatologic manifestations of rheumatic disease, ILD, sports medicine

Reason for choosing our fellowship: “There were many reasons UW was my first choice for fellowship. The department here is incredibly collegial – our faculty has a wide breadth of expertise and love to teach. I also felt that the curriculum is very balanced. Lastly, Madison has been such a fun place to live!”

Bruggemeyer

Cody Bruggemeyer, MD

Medical school: University of Kansas School of Medicine – Kansas

Residency: Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals – Milwaukee, WI

Professional interests: General rheumatology, myositis, medical education, MSK ultrasound

Reason for choosing our fellowship: “The UW Rheumatology program offers several subspeciality clinics, a robust formal ultrasound curriculum, and plenty of teaching opportunities. These resources, combined with very approachable and knowledgeable faculty, make UW a well-rounded program I am happy to be a part of.”

Second Year

Jonathan Katz, MD

Medical school: Creighton University School of Medicine

Residency: University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics

Professional Interests: General rheumatology, medical education, ultrasound 

Reason for choosing our fellowship: “UW and the UW Rheumatology faculty have fostered a program that focuses on excellent patient care and an array of clinical education experiences with dedicated specialty clinics. The facility are extremely open and accessible, which makes UW a great place to train.”

Nadia Sweet, MD

Residency: University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics

Professional Interests: Medical education, MSK-ultrasound curriculum, and health disparities among patients with lupus
