Our melanoma/skin cancer group leads multiple industry-sponsored and federally-funded clinical trials evaluating novel drugs and therapeutic interventions for melanoma (cutaneous, mucosal, ocular), Merkel cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.

Our faculty are international and site principal investigators on single- and multi-center Phase I through Phase III clinical trials. We also participate in translational research evaluating blood-based biomarkers to predict immunotherapy response/resistance for advanced stage melanoma.
