UW Health’s Advanced Heart Disease and Transplant program has a strong reputation of participating in novel drugs and device trials used in treatment of systolic and diastolic heart failure. Our investigators have lead several multi-center research trials that resulted in new drugs, devices and biomarker discoveries.
Currently, we are actively participating in many multi-center investigator-initiated, industry-initiated and National Institute of Health-sponsored trials for the treatment of advanced heart failure, pulmonary hypertension and heart transplantation.
