Dr. Herold serves as as the Internal Medicine Primary Care Clerkship Assistant Director at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. She is a member of the American College of Physicians. As a medical educator, she serves as a problem-based learning mentor leader and course co-director in the Primary Care Clerkship, as a clinical preceptor, as a Chronic and Preventive Care Course Design team member, and is on the Clerkship Curriculum Committee. During her residency training she received the Sobby Matthew, MD Award for demonstration of positive work ethic, compassion, and caring.
Dr. Herold's clinical interests include internal medicine.
Dr. Herold's research publications have focused on biochemical research on ATP synthase and endocrinology (symptomatic hyperprolactinemia), respectively.
