Clinical Specialties

Dr. Hammond's clinical interests include women’s cardiovascular health, with a particular focus on the care and management of patients who are pregnant or plan to become pregnant with increased risk for developing cardiovascular disease, or who are already known to have a cardiovascular condition. This is a rapidly developing field known as “cardio-obstetrics.” She looks forward to treating patients in need of cardiovascular care as a part of their pre-conception, antepartum and postpartum journeys.
