Dr. Didier Mandelbrot is a faculty member in the Division of Nephrology within the Department of Medicine and the Virginia Lee Cook Professor in Transplant Nephrology. He is the medical director of the UW Health Kidney and Pancreas Transplantation program and maintains an active clinical research program focusing on factors contributing to transplant rejection. Prior to joining UW-Madison, Dr. Mandelbrot was a member of the faculty at Harvard Medical School. He is a member of the American Society of Nephrology, American Society of Transplantation, and the Transplantation Society. As a medical educator, Dr. Mandelbrot has provided classroom and clinical instruction on a variety of nephrology and transplant medicine topics to medical students, residents, and nephrology fellows.
Dr. Mandelbrot’s clinical interests include nephrology, transplant medicine, and living donation for renal transplantation.
