Briana Jelenc, MD (pictured at right), clinical assistant professor, General Internal Medicine, has been appointed to the UW Health Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Council. 

The APP Council promotes, enhances and facilitates nurse practitioner (NP), physician assistant (PA), and certified nurse midwife (CNM) practice at UW Health. These APPs are defined as privileged, credentialed non-physician providers who practice at UW Health, regardless of employer. 

The APP Council serves as a peer advocate, administrative resource, and catalyst for achieving goals relevant to APPs across all entities of UW Health.
