For Patients

Welcome, we are pleased to offer patients access to a full team of hematology and medical oncology specialists who provide a comprehensive individual approach to care.

UW Health hematologists focus on the treatment of hematologic malignancies, including acute and chronic leukemia, myeloma and lymphoma. Hematologists also treat patients with myelodysplastic syndromes and a variety of other bone marrow disorders, including blood coagulation, platelets, red blood cells and white blood cells.

UW Health medical oncologists focus on diagnosing and treating cancer using chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, biological therapy, and targeted therapy. Our oncologists are often the main health care provider for someone who has cancer.
