Professional Activities

Dr. Vaishalee Kenkre is a faculty member in the Division of Hematology, Medical Oncology and Palliative Care within the Department of Medicine. She is the director of the Lymphoma Program at the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center. Dr. Kenkre is a member of the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology, as well as the ECOG Lymphoma Core Committee. She serves on the NCCN Hodgkin Lymphoma Panel and co-chairs the Big Ten Cancer Research Consortium’s Lymphoma Clinical Trial Working Group.

Dr. Kenkre leads the lymphoma disease-oriented research team and is involved in clinical trials which focus on improving therapeutic options for patients with lymphoma. In addition to novel drug development, she has a specific interest in cellular therapies, including stem cell transplant and CAR-T cell therapy, for the treatment of lymphoma.
