Professional Activities
Dr. Igic is a faculty member in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine within the Department of Medicine. As an Electrophysiologist, he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm disorders. He founded a number of clinical, educational, and research programs in Madison area hospitals prior to becoming faculty at UW.
Clinical Specialties
Dr. Igic has clinical interests in the management of atrial fibrillation and catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation.
Research Interests
Dr. Igic is interested in new approaches in ablation treatment for atrial fibrillation.
