Dr. Mark Moss is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and is the Director of the Clinical Research Program in the Division of Allergy, Pulmonary and Critical Care. Dr. Moss is board-certified in Allergy and Immunology. He staffs the Allergy Clinic at the University of Wisconsin East and West Outpatient Clinics and consults on the Inpatient Consultation Service. His research interests include childhood asthma, allergic rhinitis and allergy immunotherapy.
Dr. Moss serves as Principal Investigator for several clinical research trials in the Allergy and Asthma Clinical Research Program investigating new treatments for asthma, allergic rhinitis and other allergic diseases. Recent trials include the use of novel forms of allergy immunotherapy including accelerated subcutaneous immunotherapy, sublingual immunotherapy, and immunomodulator therapy. Trials also include treatment of exercise-induced asthma, asthma using novel routes of delivery of medications and asthma using newly developed medications.
