Jena is responsible for providing human resources support to the Department of Medicine in the following areas:

  • Management of processes related to all faculty, academic, and university staff including recruitment/staffing, evaluations, classification/reclassification for the following areas:
    • Administration – A53 4200
    • Education and House Staff Office – A53 4203
    • Cardiovascular Medicine - A53 4225
    • Infectious Disease - A53 4265
    • Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Institute – A53 1400
    • Stem Cell Center & Regenerative Medicine - A53 9600
  • Coordinate dissemination and interpretation of information relating to human resources policies and procedures
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all faculty, academic, and university staff personnel records
  • Coordinate HR projects for the Department
