Funding Opportunities

Providing funds for COVID-related educational projects

The Department of Medicine Education Committee can provide funds to support COVID-related educational projects for learners and faculty. If you are submitting a publication, developing a pilot project, or creating a curriculum, we can assist with the funding. Please submit a brief description of your request and a proposed budget.

Faculty Development Grants

The Department of Medicine Education Committee will provide up to $5,000 to support faculty who are in need of funding for faculty development. We will consider requests that will result in improved or enhanced education of our learners. Download the request form.

Medical Education Innovation Grants

The Department of Medicine Education Committee will award grants up to $20,000 to support educational projects for DOM faculty or trainees.

Applications are due in February of each year. Please check back for the 2021 application.

If you are considering a grant, our committee recommends that you submit a letter of intent at any time throughout the year, so we can mentor your success as an educational scholar and ensure a high-quality application.
