Dr. Joseph Holt is a faculty member in the Division of Hospital Medicine within the Department of Medicine. He is the director of the Wisconsin Academy of Rural Medicine, a rural education program within the MD Program curriculum at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Holt is also a member of the UW School of Medicine and Public Health admissions committee, and a member of the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics pharmacy and therapeutics committee and medication evaluation subcommittee.
Dr. Holt is a hospitalist who focuses on inpatient medicine. He practices at UW Hospital and Clinics, UW Health at the American Center and UnityPoint Health–Meriter.
