Dr. Gullstrand a faculty member in the Division of Hospital Medicine within the Department of Medicine where he provides comprehensive care to adult patients with complex medical needs. Dr. Gullstrand is actively involved with medical education, quality improvement and the use of ultrasound for the completion of inpatient bedside procedures. He is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the American College of Physicians and the Society of Hospital Medicine.
Dr. Gullstrand is a board-certified internal medicine physician with a clinical focus in acute care inpatient medicine. Clinical interests are quality improvement and bedside inpatient procedures including lumbar punctures, paracentesis and thoracentesis.
