Professional Activities

Dr. Gregg is a faculty member in the Division of Infectious Disease within the Department of Medicine.

Clinical Specialties

Dr. Gregg's clinical expertise is in transplant infectious diseases, working with patients that are awaiting or who have undergone solid-organ transplantation, bone marrow transplantation, CAR-T cell therapy, or who are otherwise immunocompromised.

Research Interests

Dr. Gregg engages in clinical research, investigator-initiated studies as well as industry-sponsored clinical trials. His research focuses on prevention and management of infectious complications of transplantation, with a particular interest in viral pathogens such as cytomegalovirus (CMV) and respiratory viruses such as Sars-CoV-2 (COVID-19) and influenza.

He also engages in quality improvement and patient safety (QI/PS) efforts within the health system to improve value and delivery of care.
