Childhood asthma affects over 6 million children nationwide

The UW Pediatric Asthma Research Program is looking for infants (5 to 16 month olds) with a history of eczema or a parent with physician-diagnosed asthma to participate in a research study. This study will see if a daily capsule of the investigational medication Broncho-Vaxom® (a mixture of bacteria products) helps prevent at-risk infants from developing wheezing illness or asthma.
