Clinical Mentor Training

Topics include creating a mentoring relationship, effective communication and feedback, goal setting, managing obstacles, and more.

Leadership Evolved | Coach Approach to Mentoring in Medicine

Coach training improves mentors’ job satisfaction, teaching attitudes, mentoring knowledge, and confidence in mentoring and coaching skills.

Clinical Track Mentorship Program

All assistant professors hired on the CT track have a mentor who supports them in several areas, including professional development, job satisfaction and promotion.
