Promotion and Appointments

Faculty members are required to get promoted within a certain number of years from starting as an assistant professor.

When they're up for promotion, the DOM Faculty Affairs Office will contact the faculty member and their division chief to provide further instructions and guidelines.

Senior Hire Faculty

Senior-hired faculty on all tracks must submit their appointment dossier for approval within the first year of their appointment.

3. Letter of References
4. Supporting documentation for Area of Excellence
5. Supporting documentation for Area of Significant Accomplishments

Leadership

1. Submitting names for promotion
2. Approval of the faculty member’s materials
3. Pre-Chair Letter
