Administrators expressed that faculty and staff needed easier ways to find relevant information on our department intranet.
We conceptualized “Employee Hubs” — a way to curate intranet content by audience. We piloted this new approach with our Faculty Affairs group and are implementing it broadly across the whole intranet.
