Good web content is...
Organized
Is your most important information first? Most people spend 1 minute per page, and many won’t even get to the end!
Relevant
Does each piece of content serve a purpose? What would happen if you took it out?
Scannable
Can a visitor find what they need quickly? Keep language and visuals simple; cluster related information together.
Current
Will your content be up-to-date for another 12 months or so?

Key Principles
- Functional minimalism: Eliminate redundant, obsolete and trivial content. Less is more!
- Plain language: Use familiar words instead of jargon, acronyms or phrases that non-specialists won’t understand. Be concise and direct. Present information in a logical order.
