The Grand Rounds Committee oversees and plans Grand Rounds. The committee aims to schedule speakers on a wide variety of topics designed to improve attendees’ ability to practice clinical medicine and grow professionally.

Eligibility
The committee consists of several permanent members, including the Vice Chair for Education, the Assistant Director of Education, the Grand Rounds Coordinator, the GME Program Manager for Curriculum and Evaluation, and 1 – 2 APPs and/or RNs. Resident representation on the committee consists of the Curriculum Chief Resident plus 2 – 3 residents that serve on the committee for the length of their residency training.

Expectations
Help plan the yearly Grand Rounds series, perform clinical content reviews (for subject matter experts) and attend renewal and mid-cycle workshops.
