Making Change Work: A People-Centered Approach

The DOM Staff Well-Being and Professional Development Committee, in partnership with the Office of Strategic Consulting, is launching a five-part virtual professional development series focused on leadership, collaboration, and workplace effectiveness.

Led by Jenny Erickson, the first session will introduce UW–Madison’s change leadership framework and provide practical tools for leading through change. Participants will learn how to foster engagement, address the human side of change, and support successful adoption of new ways of working.
