The DOM Staff Well-Being and Professional Development Committee, in partnership with the Office of Strategic Consulting, is launching a five-part virtual professional development series focused on leadership, collaboration, and workplace effectiveness.
Led by Jim Thompson, this session will focus on improving the way work gets done. Participants will learn practical process improvement and process mapping techniques to identify opportunities, streamline workflows, and drive better results.
