Dr. Sharon Haase is a faculty member in the Division of General Internal Medicine within the Department of Medicine. She is a clinical preceptor of students at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and a Master in the American College of Physicians (ACP). Dr. Haase is on the medical staff of Beaver Dam Community Hospital and serves on several clinical committees there, and is a board member of the Beaver Dam Community Hospital Foundation and the Tobacco-Free Beaver Dam Coalition. She has received several teaching and leadership awards from the ACP and its Wisconsin chapter, including the Laureate Award, and received a citation from the Wisconsin State Legislature for excellence in medical care and education in the Wisconsin.
Dr. Haase is a primary care physician with special interests in cardiology, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, preoperative medical consultations and preventive medicine.
