PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES  

Dr. Richard Reich is a faculty member in the Division of Infectious Disease within the Department of Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Society of Microbiology and serves on the Antibiotic and Infection Committee at UnityPoint Health–Meriter and on the Employee Health and Infection Control Committee at UW Health. Dr. Reich has a received a UW Health Patient Experience Fast Tracker Award and a UW Health Patient Experience Physician Champion Award, and has been named by his peers to Madison Magazine’s “Top Docs” list multiple times. 

CLINICAL SPECIALTIES 

Dr. Reich practices general adult infectious diseases. His clinical interests include infectious disease prevention, HIV care, and the health of travelers, including pre-travel assessment and illness in returning travelers.
