Helpdesk Services

The Dept of Medicine Help Desk provides centralized desktop computer support, product consultation, and purchasing services for professional technology needs within the Dept of Medicine and additional paid clients.

Dept of Medicine users and affiliates can reach the Dept of Medicine Help Desk by phone at 608-265-4466. Callers are encouraged to leave a voicemail if no one is available to take their call.

Available Weekdays; possible business-day response delay

Dept of Medicine users can email the Dept of Medicine Help Desk at help@medicine.wisc.edu. Because of the volume of email received, users should note that it can sometimes take up to 1 business-day to receive a response via email. If users have an urgent issue, please call the Help Desk instead.

The Dept of Medicine Help Desk has two Walk-In Offices, where users can take advantage of in-person support and consultation.
