Well-being is absolutely critical to your health, learning and patient care. Recognizing this, we incorporate well-being into everything we do, from rotation design to the development of Wellness Half-Days. We also empower our residents and fellows with resources and education on well-being, including peer support, recognition and mitigation of burnout, resiliency, and reflective practices. Our culture includes respectful, compassionate communication and decision-making.
