Clinical Experiences
Through your clinical experiences, you'll learn to manage the full array of GI and liver diseases and receive expert endoscopy training. We schedule rotations mindfully to ensure work-life balance and give you necessary breaks from your clinical responsibilities.
Scholarly Activity
All fellows present research at local and national conferences and many author at least one publication. We offer protected time for research through all three years of your fellowship.
Additional Opportunities in the Department
- QI Curriculum for Fellowship. Teaches fellows how to apply quality improvement knowledge and skills directly to clinical practice.
- Women in Leadership and Development (WILD). Trainee-led program that provides women fellows with a toolkit for career advancement and skills to negate systemic gender bias and inequities in academic medicine.
