The Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited, fully funded, three-year training program which offers trainees the opportunity to work in several different settings while gaining experience in their area of interest.
The Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program at the University of Wisconsin- Madison is unique in that trainees will find themselves at the center of the action. The program mentors work with trainees to foster a positive environment where trainees are encouraged to follow their passion and gain experience in their area of expertise. The program also encourages research, as nearly one-quarter of the three years is devoted to research.
