UW Allergy and Immunology Education and Conferences

Fellowship Goals:

  1. To provide state-of-the-art clinical training in allergy and immunology as it pertains to the management of associated medical disorders. Emphasis will be placed on atopic disorders such as asthma, rhinitis, sinusitis, drug allergy, urticaria and dermatitis. This is complemented with experiences in immune deficiency and autoimmune disease.
  2. To develop physician subspecialists with a solid foundation in the principles of basic immunology fundamental to understanding and managing clinical disorders.
  3. To provide fellows with the base for career development in both academic medicine and clinical practice.

Weekly Conferences:

Weekly conferences review core knowledge of allergic immunodeficiency diseases, and the latest in clinical and basic science research findings.
