Professional Activities

Dr. Samantha Murray-Bainer is a faculty member in the Division of Hospital Medicine within the Department of Medicine. She serves as the clinical services chief for the division, which involves developing and managing co-management services, engaging other divisions and departments when there are changes in Hospital Medicine, and making changes to the service structure of the division. She also is one of the clinical coaching leads for the University of Wisconsin internal medicine residency program, through which she coaches multiple residents and is involved in curriculum development. 

Clinical Specialties

Dr. Murray-Bainer cares for inpatients at both University Hospital and East Madison Hospital, and has interests in inpatient oncology care, inter-hospital transfers and throughput optimization.
