Professional Activities 

Dr. Charles Weber is a faculty member of the Division of Allergy, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine within the Department of Medicine. He is the medical director of pulmonary rehabilitation and of the intensive care unit at UnityPoint Health – Meriter. He is also a recipient of a Department of Medicine Evans-Glassroth Award for excellence in teaching residents and fellows. 

Clinical Specialties 

Dr. Weber has clinical interests in all aspects of pulmonary and critical care medicine, including advanced lung disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, interstitial lung disease, malignant and benign pleural disease, pulmonary vascular disease and sarcoidosis. He is an expert in electromagnetic navigational bronchoscopy, percutaneous tracheostomy, PleurX catheter placement, and other pulmonary and critical care procedures.
