Professional Activities

Dr. Christopher Fletcher is a faculty member in the Division of Hematology, Medical Oncology and Palliative Care within the Department of Medicine. As a clinical hematologist, Dr. Fletcher provides care to patients with blood disorders and diseases, including cancers of the blood. He is a member of the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the Association of VA Hematology/Oncology (AVAHO). He serves as an attending physician in the hematology service line at UW Hospital and Clinics. At the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, he serves as Chief of Hematology and Co-Chair of Hematology/Oncology Research. Dr. Fletcher also provides classroom and clinical instruction in hematology and medical oncology topics to medical students, residents, and fellows.

Clinical Specialties

Dr. Fletcher’s clinical interests include clinical management of cancers of the blood, particularly lymphoma and multiple myeloma.
